You will have a front-row seat with a direct view of the parrilla, where you can see how the asado is prepared from raw until it is served on your plate.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the asado experience?
The asado experience includes a welcome drink, meat empanadas, chorizo, morcilla (blood sausage), matambrito (pork belly), colita de cuadril (tri-tip), ojo de bife (ribeye), grilled vegetables, chimichurri, salsa criolla, bread, dulce de leche ice cream, fernet with cola, and Argentine wines including Torrontés, Malbec, and Cabernet. The full evening lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
What wines are served?
We serve a curated selection of Argentine wines throughout the evening: Torrontés (a crisp aromatic white, perfect as a welcome drink), Malbec (Argentina's signature full-bodied red, ideal with grilled meats), and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wines flow freely throughout the asado experience.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We offer a specially crafted vegetarian menu and can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Simply let us know when booking and we'll create a customized culinary experience just for you, including grilled vegetables, provoleta cheese, and other Argentine specialties.
Is this an asado cooking class or a dinner experience?
It's the best of both worlds. You get a front-row seat right next to the parrilla where Marcelo, our grillmaster, explains every technique as he cooks. You'll learn how to manage embers, season cuts, and understand the progression of an authentic asado - all while enjoying a full multi-course dinner with premium Argentine wines. It's more immersive than a traditional cooking class and more educational than a restaurant dinner.
How is Betty and Marcelo different from other asado experiences in Buenos Aires?
Three things set us apart: First, our intimate Palermo Soho workshop setting means you sit right next to the grill (not across a room). Second, Betty hosts in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, making every guest feel at home. Third, at $104 USD per guest with all courses and wines included, we offer exceptional value compared to other premium asado experiences in Buenos Aires that charge $150-200+. We're also trusted by companies like Disney, ESPN, and Nubank for corporate events.
What languages do you host in?
Betty is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, so we welcome guests from all over the world. The experience is primarily conducted in English, but Betty naturally switches languages to make everyone feel comfortable and included.
Do you host corporate events and private groups?
Yes! We host corporate team building events, private group dinners, and special celebrations for groups of 8 to 50 people. Companies like Disney, ESPN, Nubank, and ZS Associates have trusted us with their team events. Group pricing starts at $75 USD per person.
